Cara Bergman is the founder and owner of Stillwater Fertility Clinic - Maryland's Natural Fertility and Women's Care Clinic in Severna Park, Maryland.

In 2004, Cara received a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute (TAI Sophia) in Maryland. She is also Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture (Diplomate, Ac.) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
In 1995, Cara graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Cara is a volunteer Weston A. Price Chapter Leader for Anne Arundel County. She has given numerous talks about the importance of nutrient dense foods especially pre-conception and for growing children. In 2008 Cara held a series of cooking classes to inspire people to spend more time nourishing themselves.
Cara's interest is in getting information to couples pre-conception as it is a critical time to affect the long-term health of future generations.
Cara lives in Severna Park with her husband Sam, and two children, Lily and Rain.
